Very friendly staff, Rooms are good sized with Kitchen in. Great breakfast options. Bus to beech and old city. Overall great experience and would love to be back

Clean, well kept property with many amenities. Loved the shuttle bus service.
Areas for improvement:
Full kitchen, but no coffee maker in the room. This is the only hotel out of 10 different ones throughout Portugal that we stayed at that didn’t supply a coffee maker.

We had a very spacious apartment which had everything we needed. There were two pools. It is only a 15 minute walk to a very pleasant beach (Falesia). Loads of restaurants within 7 or 8 minutes walk....
Areas for improvement:
It seems that most rooms, including ours, overlooked a car park. We were told that that the larger pool was not heated but the smaller one was heated. We did not think either pool was heated.
